About Black Dot Digital

Black Dot Digital (BDD) began life as the web development arm of sister company Strong Media Solutions and has now bravely left the nest to find its own way in the world.

By concentrating our energies on web development we will provide even better online solutions for our clients. Black Dot Digital aims to stay abreast of, and maybe even help facilitate, the rapidly changing world of the web.

Our client work will still consist of building and developing websites for business but our focus is going to be on projects where we get to leverage some outstanding new technologies.

What can we do for you?

Black Dot Digital builds most of its solutions on the Adobe suite of web technologies. This translates into HTML, Flash or Flex front ends with, usually, Coldfusion Server behind the scenes. We deploy the Farcy CMS for large scale projects and Bytespring or Contribute for more modest jobs.

We will find the technology that best suits your project and needs and will not seek to sell you anything more than you require. Black Dot Digital can build you a customised system, but we are not opposed to connecting you with another company's products or solutions if it makes more sense or is a better fit for your budget.
